Joy of Things to Come

After a frost the rain came down ..the we saw some sunshine. Also it was a bumpy start with a good shake at 6:35am. It was a 3.8 earthquake and not very deep so that is way it was widely felt in the city. John didn't feel it, but I sure did.

So in all not a good night for me. At 2.30am I woke from a dream that I was being chased and found my heart was off the beat and going around 140 instead of my normal heart rate of 60. I did all I was told to help it slow down. It took a couple of hours and I got back to sleep again. All is well now .. just feeling rather tired.

Great to see a few Spring bulbs starting to flower.. Spring isn't too far away!
