Sunday stroll.

On Sunday, Suzy and I went for a walk in the woods and then down to the river. Being next to water always helps me to feel more peaceful. It had been a busy week so some time on our own was overdue.
During our walk we spotted this heron, resting by the waterside. He seemed oblivious to the dog walkers and people out for their Sunday walks.
Grateful today for a relaxed walk by the river, for people being sensible about restrictions being lifted...mostly and for a brilliant but challenging talk at this mornings on line church meeting.
