Milky Way

In the morning I went out to do some shopping. I was lucky there was no queue so I got straight into the shop.

On returning to the car I stopped for a quick photograph in case I did not venture out for a photographic expedition in the afternoon. Looking at the sky as I write there seems to be every likelihood of rain any time soon.

Even this morning I thought the sky was looking a bit odd. As if we were crashing through a huge solar storm. Our ancestors might have thought the gods were angry, and that the sky was full of ominous portents. Possibly at the moment the world does not need any more problems than it has already.
