Today I had to take my car to the garage as a result of yesterday's call to the RAC to come and help me on the M56. I probably do need a new car. Anyway, in the ever efficient nature of places like this, a 90 minute wait turned into 3 hours (in the snow), so I wasn't best impressed.
On the positive side, I did go on a quest for Bass Clarinet reeds in the nearest Music Shop. Having just moved to the area, they very nicely told me that he couldn't remember anyone before coming in and asking for Bass reeds. After a bit of a chat, I got the courage to ask if I could take a couple of snaps of their guitar collection - it was pretty impressive!
