Looming skies

We got the car out today in order to walk a little further along the top of the Chilterns, only the second time in 4 months that we've not just walked out of the gate.  It's lovely to look over the Vale of Aylesbury and see how the crops are ripening in the valley.  A few people about, mums and kids and dogs, and serious walkers.  Judging by the number of no parking signs, and huge logs on the verges near the car park, there have been some serious car park overflow problems at weekends.  That threatening sky is now tipping rain on us.
