Art Therapy was actually quite helpful today, I think the first one since being at home doing it. My picture is in the extras. I see it as an explosion . I am really struggling with anger at the moment, I have reasons sometimes and other times not. It's a horrible thing. 

After lunch I went for a walk and ended up at the pond with a coffee. On the off chance that Steven was around with the boys I text to see if he wanted to meet me at the playpark. He was already on the way. So I spent the next few hours with them, at the playpark and at the pond. They were desperate to find some tadpoles, but all we caught was algae!
