Disappointing

Way back in early May I ordered some succulents from a well known online garden site. I bought a few other bits so that I got free postage. They finally came on Saturday and were disappointing, but acceptable (just!). It included a voucher of £5 off a £50 spend to compensate for the delay. It expired at the end of June, which given I got it on 4 July was irritating.

The second part of the order - my much awaited succulents came today. I was all excited until I opened them and saw that several were dead and several others were very very slimy and may recover but probably won’t.

They will be getting an email with photos and I won’t be using them again.
