Shops, shoppers and wet weather gear. 

I did go down the hill to see how busy it was. Most shops were open and I could see people in some pubs. Surprisingly Costa coffee is still shut and a few other premises have their opening dates displayed. 

The rain had stopped by the time I got home so a bit more hedge cutting was done and then some garden bird watching, which included a sparrow feeding its chick and a wren.
