Even More Gold

The fritillaries were very lively this morning and this one, a Lesser Marbled I think, seemed brighter than usual, reflecting the sun and yellow colour of the flower. 

A beautiful day for Lisiane’s funeral. Now going out again, for the wake, with several old colleagues, so many stories to tell as she was definitely one of the school’s lovable eccentrics! Some people came up from France now the borders are open again. Great to see them again.
