I wish I'd stayed in the nest!

Thank you all for the Birthday wishes for Mum yesterday :-)

A damp drizzly day ....... this poor little Sparrow fledgling picked the wrong day to leave its nice warm & dry nest!

It was just sitting there looking rather sorry for itself! It soon cheered up when dad brought it some food :-)

I have also added an Extra of Mrs Blackbird collecting sultanas ..... maybe they have another brood in the nest :-)
