It'll be all white on the night.

The decorators has started on the unenviable job of painting the three million spindles of the banister.

I'm not sure our job of ripping up the Nursery apartment floor, sanding paintwork, and finding a pile more floorboards that need fixing was that much more enviable.

That said, doing a job that involves the same thing over and over drives me potty.  At least each split floorboard is a new and different challenge.
