Dentist

An appointment at the dentist today , they rang me on Monday I was meant to go in April they asked me if it was ok if the dentist did my scale and polish because the hygienist are not back working. Of course I said yes ,the dentist is so gentle compared to the hygienist she yanks at my teeth nearly pulling them out

When I arrived I had to ring the bell , once inside it was quite scary mask on sanitise hands sign in keep the pen and put your belongings in a container. Shown into the surgery mask off and put in a plastic bag which you look after then mouthwash which is in a plastic cup then another plastic cup because the mouth rinse machine is covered up then after treatment the same again, mask back on then washed hands then picked my belongings up then went to reception and wiped my bank card then mask off and sanitised my hands and off I went keeping the pen.
Made an appointment for January.
Walked into Sainsbury’s and sanitised my hands .

I’ve just looked back and last year I had just arrived in Madeira.
