Shadows

I love the shadows cast by the late afternoon light on the hardwood floor of our breakfast room. I decided to take a day off from exercise today, and instead spent a fairly lazy day in the cool of the air conditioning - a high of about 90 again, with pretty high humidity! Still feeling low and lacking motivation, and desperately missing not being able to go to England to see the family, as we usually do!
