Upstream from Tower Bridge

Lots of jobs in the morning but headed out into the afternoon clad in waterproofs. As soon as I got to Tower Bridge the cloud came down lower and it started to rain.

The Blip was taken from the downstream side of Tower Bridge looking upstream towards HMS Belfast and London Bridge.  Getting a blue cast around the edges so need to work ou what is causing this.
