Got the train this morning cramped and hot into cannon street station, then spent all day in training in a classroom with squeaky boots all round me. Then spent 2 hours in traffic trying to get home.

Once home Blip for the day, slippers on, Sinatra on the Bose, Havana Club in hand, and......Relax!
