Every breath I take

Blip seems to dislike my photos at the moment.  Long story short.  Normally a winter asthmatic, have continued to take my preventor in to the summer because we're in a pandemic that effects the respiratory system.  Last few weeks, lungs have been grumbling and been needing the reliever more. Colour coded my inhaler to show me the areas of my asthma plan.  Green - all good.  Orange - take more reliever and contact GP or asthma nurse if no improvement.  Red - call an ambulance NOW!

Not consistently in the orange but definitely not at my usual level.  Giving it anther couple of days and then GP will be called.  Wonder if there's a certain pollen I'm allergic to that's out at the moment?
