Hills

I woke up quite early with a head full of anxiety so no R4 but R3. Tea also helped. It was a beautiful morning b so I headed out once C had gone to walk to work. The long way round today, Braid Hills Road and then up the hill and asking Stanedykehead. Did an extra circuit along Little Rd. All in all, nearly an hour.

Work, it is a confused organisation, but at least I have some problems to solve. Then after lunch a College meeting and some calls re Care.

By that time it was heavy rain so it was a short cut home.

It's still cold and wet. Far too much comfort food for tea, mac 'n cheese and chips.
