The last of The Pyramids
I tried to ration my toblerone pyramids, I really did. My plan did not work.
I've been eating them occasionally, and tonight I rewarded myself with the final two pyramids for completing my stride repeat runs.
I did a ten minute warm up jog, then went onto a cycle of running fast for 20 seconds then recovering for 45 seconds, repeating that 8 times. Then a 10 minute cool down. Still got a few weeks of training to complete by plan and get a new 10k PB.
Today's step count is 19324. I might do another 70p steps before bed just to get to 20k.
