Sweet peas

A small bunch for me today, I've given the other early ones away. This lovely little vase came to me as a birthday gift yesterday and is just the thing.
I had a repeat birthday treat today when Kathryn brought the girls round to celebrate with me. We started with a walk through Ravelston Woods to the park. The girls had a wonderful time playing, most of the others in the playground were under 7 too, so it was all very happy and friendly. We walked back up to our house and had a picnic in the garden complete with another cake, raspberry and passion fruit this time. Also delicious. The girls had a great time rediscovering the toys in the playroom Whilst shot herself in the wee tent and read all the easy reader Horrid Henry's I'd put in the cupboard.
I had two zoom meetings this afternoon so missed some of their playtime, but it was so good to have them here again.
Bridge this evening and dropping off a card for a friends birthday. Another Cancerian.

Keep well everybody, I'm still wary but things are feeling better.
