Belvedere House

This house, on the edge of prestigious Fort George development, has amazing views over the Little Russell and the islands. It was sold for £5million in 2008. However, nothing seems to have happened to it since then. The buyer remained anonymous and so I have no idea who owns it. It was established that it would cost at least £3 million to restore it properly. It really is a shame that no one lives in such a gorgeous home.
