Meadows

Had a camera up my nose this morning, not a pleasant experience. I’ve been hoarse for about four months now and had an appointment at the ENT to check me out. Seems I’m fine but am using my swallowing muscles to speak instead of my speaking muscles. I guess I’m still using my swallowing muscles to swallow but didn’t ask. After pronouncing me fit, the doc showed me a rather striking picture of my throat and seemed pleased that all the original bits were still in place!
Hung out in the Meadows for a while afterwards, chatting with friends and catching some sun, before we had a leisurely wander home. Pretty nice really.
