Some Color on a Thursday

Late last night our neighbor called to say that there was a doe in our back yard eating on our mulberry bush. I quickly put on my long lens, and hit the back door. WHOA! Immediately my lens and eye piece fogged up, and they wouldn't unfog. But, I still snapped 15 crummy pictures...and, as they say...it's not the heat...it's the humidity.

Which leads to today. With the temperature reaching 94F, I wasn't thrilled about taking my camera out. So, an inside blip it would be.

These state stamps came out in 2001, and they were very colorful. This heavy plastic poster hung in the lobby, and I whined to the postmaster that I wanted it. 

19 years later, it makes the blip page.
