Which Plug Into Which Socket?

The change to 4g Router continues.  The increase in performance is an order of several magnitudes. We are very pleased.

There only remains the task to reconnect all of the Macs and Printers back together. Previously they had been Ethernet connected to the BT Hub and in principal the 4g Router offers the same facility.

However, the 4g router is located on a window fill for the best signal and to avoid electrical interference whereas the BT Hub is located in the middle of the Studio.

A rearrangement of Computers is all that is required, as their performance using 4g Wi-fi is excellent.

Today’s Blipfoto was taken so that I could check out the sockets still available on the rear of a Mac Pro.

One of the many book shelves is located behind my desk and the easiest way to take this shot is to remove four books.

All of our "computer boxes" sit on the desk surface rather than underneath. They suck in very little dust and fluff compared to under the desk. Also to remove the side cover involves lifting a lever and removing the complete side. Much better than most other arrangements.

The latest edition of "Scientific American" has just arrived and contains an article about the risky behaviour of certain political leaders.

"Real Men" don’t play it safe. Leaders however, have a responsibility to all of their people, which explains why Women Leaders are performing a much more effective role in their respective countries.
