Purple Toadflax

We had a big thunderstorm last night, complete with lightening & high winds—it was great, as I DO love a good storm! Left for the clinic this morning & what bliss! 72, breezy & cloudy! I dropped Tom at the door & went walking on the trails in the Emerald Preserve while they got his unit of blood started. I finished just before the sun came out and the temperature started rising! So many wildflowers blooming along the trails, but the toadflax was my favorite. Thanks to Miranda for hosting WildFlowerWeek & Anni/BikerBear for hosting FlowerFridays.
