Toad in the hole

Saw this dish Blipped by Brickmaker  a week ago and it inspired me to try it myself.
Here is my effort. 
Sorry purists, I added my own touch by adding a roughy chopped red onion which I roasted in the dish with the sausages before adding the batter.
Have to say it was an easy dish to cook and very tasty indeed.
