Impact of Family

Fifth session of the Marriage Course tonight - about the impact of your family, past and present. Very interesting - M and I had vastly different childhoods.

Blip is of the table each couple gets - always two flowers (you can take home), tissues (in case you cry - we haven't yet), drinks, crisps, a candle, pens to write in our workbooks, coins (tonight, to represent different family members), and spoons and sugar, for the hot drink and homemade dessert you get halfway through (pavlova tonight).

It's been fun and really helpful, even though we've been married over 26 years and basically happy.
