Spotted near the top of a tree

After a quiet day, reading a "spy story". I went to Western Springs Lake Park for a half hour slow walk and taking photos. The first such activity for more than a week. 

As well as birds (I've blipped a photo of an Eastern Rosella) I took photos of reflections, the path of sunlieght across the lake, and (as I left the park and walked by the MOTAT tram lines) another manhole cover, which is today's extra. PAM is a French based company, and was the manufacturer of the first one I blipped two months ago, also on a Saturday.
