Lost

Next door have a new dog which is taking everyone’s attention. I have seen next doors cat from a distance before but she has always been shy.

Today she came to say hello as if I was her bestest ever friend. Eventually I gave in a stroked her a bit and then she became very clingy, following me around the garden and demanding more.

Maybe she is feeling sidelined by the new puppy and thinking of adoption? Maybe the grass is greener on our side of the fence now!
