Logs glorious logs.

I've become obsessed with logs. Buying logs. Blagging free logs. Building log stores. Painting log stores. Stacking logs.

It all started when we installed 2 stoves in our old cottage 4 winters ago. Now we pretty much just rely on lovely logs to keep the house cosy with the stoves. When 3 or 4 tonnes of them arrive its oddly satisfying shifting them all across the garden and stacking them in the beautiful log stores than him indoors built and painted.

And it might just be me, but is there anything much more beautiful than these tucked away in here? Couldn't resist a quick photo when I went to collect some to keep us warm tonight.
