Paddling!

Met up with my friend B for a physically distanced wander on the Water of Leith. We found a nice spot in the Dells that had some conveniently distanced rocks we could both sit on with our feet in the water. Was massively regretting not bringing swimming things as it looked like further out would have been deep enough to submerge in.

Hitched my trousers up as high as they would go and went for a paddle. Taking a selfie you can't get far enough away from yourself to show that you're in the river and not just on the bank with it behind you.

Nice to have chance to catch up. We've had semi-regular group zoom chats but it's not the same as one to one in person.
