BIRD WHISPERER

So yesterday I told The Rev I thought I heard a bird in the chimney. I could hear it flapping. There was no way we could get it so I put a bag up to cover the fire to stop and soot fall and hopefully catch it if it made its way out.
24 hours later I heard it flapping again and saw a foot!!!!!!!!
# so the The Rev tried to put his hand up to reach it but it pecked him a lot.
# so gas off...dismantle fire
# 2 hours later....bird rescued and offered some bread.

# Not just a Hospital Chaplain but a bird rescuer!!!

I also spent the afternoon with J & E...my Ladies Wot Lunch group. Having a cuppa, a cake and putting the world to rights!!
