Queen vic

This is the queen vic statue that is at the top of the Doulton Fountain outside the People's Palace in Glasgow. Its a short walk from my work and I often go up here when out for a walk to get some air ... its important. The Doulton Fountain is the worlds largest terracotta fountain ... its basically an enormous pot ... and an amazing thing.

What was also amazing was that this morning I thought I would be ploughing my way through snow as it was snowing this morning. But here I am early afternoon to warm in my jacket basking in the sun shine ... whats going on?
