Spicy Moroccan chicken and couscous with sultanas and coriander. It turned out nice in the end but I thought I had ruined it to begin with as it was very bitter. I left the heat too high and went in other room so it reduced but it burned to the bottom of the plan so I saved it by avoiding the stuck bits and adding extra honey to remedy the bitterness!

Busy day doing interview prep, dissecting the job desc and researching it and practicing saying my answers out loud. I am feeling very prepared and not as nervous this time. I think I am less nervous because although I want the job, I am not 100% sure as the job desc/person spec doesn't seem to match, ie job seems very accountancy based and technical and person spec is just more general finance exp based! So I am looking forward to meeting them and finding out if its right for me, and because of that it feels more like a two way street.
