Edin’s Hall Broch

We left Hideaway Cottage this morning and before heading back to Peebles visited Abbey St Bathans and this broch, one of the few Iron Age brochs in southern Scotland.
Also had some very tasty bread and cakes from the Riverside Bakehouse. Once back in Peebles I caught up with thebear, thechimp and mazgilchimp1990 and some of my ex-colleagues from QM. In the evening Mr P and I joined our Curry Club friends for a garden get-together. Good to all be able to meet up again.
