Jessica's new hair

It was supposed to be a milestone for her 16th birthday. "Mom, can I color my hair shocking red? Well, the family is gathering for a cruise before her birthday, and she didn't want to have hair she couldn't alter before then, so it was moved back to today.

What do you think? (I personally think its not a tattoo, or a piercing, so I'm okay with it.)
