Burns Day (Tomorrow)

Today it's Burns Day. Actually it's not. Burns day is tomorrow...

But today I cooked a rare 'Haggis Neaps and Tatties Gateaux' with Craig Wilson at Eat on the Green in Udny.

It's for On-Air tomorrow and I have to say... it was a great. Looked fairly impressive too. Made for a first class lunch.
