Hover Fly on Hosta's

My Hosta's are still flowering and the Hover fly's are drawn to them.

I've found a delightful way to spend an hour after lunch : Opera on Mac and a new knitting project started after I managed to pull the failed effort out : came of being to clever by half!!. Marriage of Figaro yesterday. Who knows what today.

My fav 2nd hand bookshop has reopened. I found a good copy of Hardy's " Tess of the D'Urbervilles " That I've somehow not read before. I've watched it on BBC4.
