I resisted the temptation to head for the coast - the weather forecast is good and it'll be quieter tomorrow and through the week. Instead, I got on with some chores including some washing and making a batch of breadcrumbs and replacing the bread with a loaf with sunflower seeds. That's proving just now but it looks okay, I remember someone very wise telling me not to invest in sunflower flour, instead, I blitzed 100gms of sunflower seeds that I found at the back of the cupboard, they are less than a year out of date so pretty much fresh. I also spotted the cattle that I lost the other day - they were heading back into hiding but I managed to grab a shot of a couple of them, it's in the extras box
