Feel the pain!
The first 10 minutes of training with Craig were a blur. I started with chin ups, I know bench press came into focus at some point and I'm pretty sure a stomach crunch made an appearance ... but the rest dissolves into muscle burn.
When I finished he said, 'And that my friend was the 300' ..... 300 hundred continuous reps of everything!!!
And that was the first combination .... I had another 45 minutes stretching into eternity before me!!!!
Afterwards, when I could pick up my camera again, I popped downstairs to see who else he had found to pick on.
