One man and his dog, Wanaka version

We had just climbed Mount Iron (great name) and came across this statue to the sheepdog trials that are held around here and have been since Adam were a lad. Most sheep here are Merinos bred for their wool. They are very well managed. I have yet to see an escapee unlike at home. Mt Iron is a classic Roche Moutonnee on a grand scale. Glaciation seems very recent here.
