What a great Sunday

After yesterday's hard grafting I promised myself a fun day today.

First of all a great ride over the Wyre Forest Mountain biking with my sister and dad. It really loosened up my aching muscles nicely.

We went via Arley Station (See Extras)

Later on in the day I went a lovely walk with Claire and Orla and finally found an open play area for Orla. We thoroughly Anti-Bact the swing and it was worth it to see her smiling at her first time on a swing.

What a good weekend, over too soon as always.
