Butterfly kind of day

Off to the allotment first thing and then home for coffee and cake.  After that a bit of pottering in the garden.  A neighbour came around and we stood looking at a buddleia plant on the communal land, it self-seeded many years ago and I give it a haircut once a year but otherwise leave it to it.  It was smothered in butterflies and looked lovely.   Later I went back to capture a few photos, one of which is my blip.

Today is our wedding anniversary and we have been married for 18 years.  We went out for a lovely dinner and some very nice wine.
