Faces #12 - High Key

Another fairly hot day of "lockdown".  Although we can't go to church we are meeting together with a group of friends from around the world for a webcam bible study on Acts.  It is so uplifting to hear the perspectives of those who live in Nepal, Ecuador, Ukraine, Kenya and other places.  I appreciate all of them so much!  

The news hasn't been so positive, though, with more cases of Covid-19 popping up in our area.  The virus has also created havoc for our daughter, who is an international high school teacher.  Just before Covid-19 rose it ugly head into our world, she had accepted a position at a world-renown high school in another country.  For months she has been trying to get out of her current country when all flights had been suspended.  Now the country she is moving to is still closed and her visa in her current country is about to expire.  She isn't sure if they will let her stay for another month in the hopes that the country she is moving to will open up. What a mess!
