Only one Japanese Anemone (Anemone hupehensis) has so far flowered, but it is very pretty.......


A pleasant day, very windy though.  Socially distanced chat with a friend in the afternoon.  


The HG has been busy cutting back bushes, and today did three triips to the recycling centre with the garden waste.  Although they have been opened now for some time, they only accept certain items, garden waste being one of the items they do accept.  Very carefully socially distanced, masks to be worn, and identification given, to ensure that only residents of the town are using the facilities.  I guess it is all for the best.
