Fort Richmond

Another west coast wonder. A 200-year-old fort augmented by the Germans during the Occupation. It was sold for £1m, half the original asking price, in 2019.
Originally built in the Napoleonic era to discourage invasion, planning permission has been granted to turn it into a private residence.
