Last rays of sunshine through our gateway

All day spent grouting floor and wall tiles and then cleaning cleaning cleaning..... good progress on the new bathroom and utility area but a bit disheartening spending so much time on my knees scrubbing (the floor tiles are non-slip so it's not straightforward getting extra grouting off).
