Mono Monday - Together

I guess trees unlike humans grow in isolation from one another and it's only when they suffer the final indignity of being chopped down that they are all chucked together. Well I grant you it is a bit on a convoluted way of trying to link my image to this week's subject.

There are still one or two examples of the original first growth trees in Foxlake Woods which are huge at least six feet diameter and I have included one in my extras.
