Cumulo Nimbus Maximus

The extras belong to the things I don't understand series.

A made in china portable fan in the shape of a camera with Rollei branding.

A found turtle.
The poster reads something like this "Found in front of the houses near the hospital, one lost turtle".  How is this just not a wild turtle that has crawled out of the river (very near by).  Did it have a collar on?  Did it answer to "Spot" when they called it?!
