BREADMAKING
At last I have learned how to bake bread successfully in South Africa. The secret was to add much more moisture to the 'nutty wheat ' flour. Now I can bake enough bread for a month at a time. Peter does a great job in slicing it thinly which he then freezes till we need it ! Another problem solved.
