Meet Patrick!

It's one of those days where I can't go far as I'm waiting for a delivery and even if I could get out I probably wouldn't want to as it's far too cold! So, inspired by the wealth of food I didn't buy at Borough market at the weekend I decided to make some red onion marmalade. A few months ago I'd decluttered my recipe books which were outdated to say the least and uninspiring in most cases, so a new approach was needed which is where I found Patrick. His recipe was easy, practical and he showed me exactly what to do and the result is quite gorgeous, just like him!
Cooking has never been a hobby of mine but who knows what Patrick and I will get up to next!
